Powergels Shots are gums containing carbohydrates and liquid gels inside. They contain a scientifically developed formula with different sources of carbohydrates. The assimilation of carbohydrates is optimised thanks to this special ratio of glucose and fructose sources (C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix). The Shots have the same function as the PowerGels and are an easy to proportion alternative. C2MAX Dual Source Mix. With natural dyes. 9 shots in a convenient resealable bag. 5 shots provide about the same amount of carbohydrates as 1 PowerGel.
- Recommended consumption: Up to 9 shots 30 to 60 minutes before exercise. During physical effort, it is recommended to consume up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour depending on the intensity and duration of the activity. 1 Power Gel Shot provides about 5g of carbohydrates.
