Turn your door frame into a workstation with our deluxe gym equipment. Use the bar high up in the doorframe for pull-ups, crunches and push-ups, or low down in the doorframe for sit-ups and abdominal exercises. The double-action opening makes the gym rapide to set up, and the large non-marking pads ensure a secure grip and prevent damage to the door frame. Foam handles add extra comfort. • Maximum user weight: 100 kg.
• Suitable for doors from 63 to 100 cm wide with a jamb of at least 6 cm.
• Not suitable for softwood door frames, door frames in stud walls (plasterboard) or doors adjacent to a window frame.
• Not guaranteed for commercial use.
• Use only with brackets supplied. The bar must be firmly clamped in the brackets before use.
• Brackets must be fixed to the door frame using the screws supplied.
• Warning - never use for upside-down exercises.
