EASY APPLICATION (NO SCISSORS)
- STEP 1: Attach the tape to a body part (finger, ankle, wrist, etc.).
- STEP 2: Wrap the tape, 3-4 times, using medium pressure.
- STEP 3: Tear off the tape
- STEP 4: Squeeze the tape to ensure a snug fit and good adhesion.
- ALTERNATIVE: Unroll a strip of tape about 20 cm long in advance, tear it off and attach it as described.
