The sling trainer has a high-quality finish, a wide strap (4 cm) and sturdy metal snap hooks. The length can be adjusted easily, intuitively and infinitely, from 130 to 260 cm. The handles are made of pleasant, non-slip rubber, and the foot loops are reinforced and padded. The door anchor included in delivery makes the sling trainer ideal for use at home.

Caution: Always place the door anchor in the middle of the door and make sure it's completely closed. Not all doors are designed to support a door anchor. Fix the door anchor so that the door does not open towards you. Do not use on thin doors, sliding doors or glass doors.
