Bluetens is a connected health device that pairs with an evolving and very easy-to-use application, created in collaboration with physiotherapists and equipped with a medical certificate. Small but powerful, it focuses its action around three main functions: electrotherapy, relaxing massages, and muscle strengthening.

Unlike most medical products, Bluetens is very lightweight as it weighs only 25 grams. The device automatically connects via Bluetooth 4.0 and is controlled by the smartphone app: the brain of the Bluetens. The app is as intuitive and simple as the Bluetens, with a main wheel allowing you to select the body part and a second wheel for the desired effect. A list of programs created by medical experts is presented to you, with each program containing a complete description of the effect on your body. A diagram is included to show the user how to place the electrodes on the affected body part. The Bluetens team continuously evolves the app by adding functions and programs.

Physio care (or electrotherapy): if you injure yourself or suffer from chronic pain, you will see your sports doctor who will refer you to a physiotherapist. The latter will likely use electrotherapy to help you recover quickly. Bluetens uses exactly the same technology, just miniaturised.

Relaxation: Unusual physical effort, stress, tiring day, a series of programs is offered depending on the area of the body to be treated. These programs will work to relax the contracted area and quickly provide you with a sense of well-being.

Muscle strengthening: Bluetens can be used before, during, or after physical activity depending on your goal. Before to warm up the muscle, during to strengthen it, and after to relax it and prevent soreness. Bluetens helps you to strengthen a weaker or weakened area with specific programs.
